A small flask app to serve a list of files uploaded on the server.

- Get a list of files uploaded to the server
- Get data of specific file
- Upload a file
- Set tags for a file
- Check if a user exists on the server or not

scripts/import.py can be used to import files to a database from a directory of choice.
